Calendar days, working days, or a moment worldwide?
Calendar-day tools compare dates or move a date forward and backward. Working-day tools answer different questions: a Monday-to-Friday range includes five weekdays, while advancing five working days excludes the starting day. Only tools with a holiday selector remove the selected country or regional holidays. Notice periods and SLA estimates still need the calendar and wording of the applicable employer policy or agreement.
Global Time tools use a selected date and named IANA time zones. The same instant can have different local dates, and daylight-saving changes can alter a city-to-city time difference. Include the local date and UTC offset when sharing a meeting or deadline rather than copying only a clock value.
Methods, guides and corrections
Read our calculation methodology to understand assumptions, or explore the NoteMide planning guides for examples of age, holiday, date, and time-zone calculations. Holiday tools link to official sources where jurisdiction-specific dates matter. NoteMide is a planning resource, not an official government calendar or a substitute for legal or employment advice.
